With sadness, we share the passing of Rowena Valerie (Mills) McNeill (St John's, Newfoundland). Rowena, born on September 19, 1937, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mills and Mildred Mills; her husband John McNeill; and her brothers, Archie Mills (Jean), Merlin Mills (Shirley) and Corwin Mills.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie Villiger McNeill (Marcel), Heather McNeill (Joe) and Don McNeill; and her grandchildren, George Abbott (Alexandra) and Ailish McNeill.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd. Flowers gratefully accepted or if you wish donations in her memory may be made to the A.L.S. Society.
