He was predeceased by: his wife Annie; his parents, Lionel Hodder and Effie Hodder; and his siblings, Vincent, Victor, Charles, Lindsey, Princline, Jessie and Pritzline.
He is survived by: his son Richard (Helen); his grandchildren, Jason (Aynsley) and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Ena, Joy and Ivan.
