She was predeceased by: her parents, Julie Kearley and William Kearley; and her siblings, Albert, Bill and Louise.
She is survived by: her husband Eric; her children, Linda Smith (Wayne), Chris Hammond (Lois) and Susan Locke (Greg); her sisters, Helen LeBlanc (Clem), Joan Bursey and Nina May; her sisters-in-law, Diana Kearley, Irene Hammond and Jessie Squires; her grandchildren, Philip Smith (Laura), Brian Hammond (Fatima), Jane Hammond, Scott Hammond, Erinn Locke and Morgan Locke; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Kaylin Smith and Logan Hammond.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruby's memory to a charity of one's choice.
