Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sarah Reid (St John's, Newfoundland), born in Winterton, Newfoundland, who passed away at the age of 102, on November 22, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Verge and Mimy Verge; her husband Maxwell Reid of Green's Harbour; her children, Roland and Jennifer Babb; her sister Florence Randell; her nephew Donnie Randell; and her brother-in-law Don Randell.

She is survived by: her daughter Grace; her son-in-law Robert Williams; her grandchildren, Brett Williams (Nicky), Peter Williams (Megan Orloff), Jennifer Williams (Chris Gunn), Kurt Reid (Natalie) and Karl Reid (Lesley); her great grandchildren, Abby, Molly Williams, Maxwell, Thomas Gunn, Lyla, Nelson Reid, Sophia and Roman Reid; and her children-in-law, Shirley Reid and Peter Babb.
