It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Mary Best (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her father Woodrow Winsor; her husband Wilson; her mother Dawn; her siblings, Brenda (Wayne), Lana (Peter), Clarence (Debbie), Randy (Marlene) and Ricky (Marcie); and her nieces, Lori, Leslie, Lisa, Tracey and Kayla.
