He was predeceased by: his sisters, Shirley and Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Michelle, Tina (Brenda Drudge), Thomasina (Didier Berthod), Natasha, Dean and Dale (Paula); his grandchildren, Cedar, Owen and Callie; his sisters, Marjorie (Ray), Madonna, Kay (Gerald), Deb (Jamie) and Andrea; his brother-in-law Jim Woolridge; and his close friends, Paul and Maureen Gorman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Cancer Care Foundation.
