He was predeceased by: his brother Scott; his father Paul; and his grandparents, George, Bertha Emberley, Cyril and Thelma Kirby.
He is survived by: his mother Pam Emberley; his daughter Isabella Emberley; the mother of his child Megan O'Toole; his nephew Ronan Emberley; his great-niece Victoria; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Kirby, Brenda White (Terry), Rick Emberley (Mary), John Emberley (Roslyn) and Phil Kirby (Linda); and his cousins, Karl and Lynn Green (family: Shirley O'Toole, Tim Miln).
