Verna Hynes wrote a sympathy message

“Darlene, robert and reid families, we were shocked and saddened to hear of syreathia's sudden passing. We have so many fond memories of her from our days at st. John's temple, also the time she drove with us from newfoundland to toronto. We appreciated her for who she was, her gentle and quiet spirit, creativity and willingness to help out in whatever way she could. During these difficult days we pray that god will comfort and strengthen you. Junior and verna hynes lieut. Colonel's”
