He is survived by: his son Anthony (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Alexis and Leland; his sisters, Joan (Austin), Peggy and Tina; his nieces and nephews, Trent, Nicole (Ian), Stephanie (James) and Woody; his great-nephew Austin; his great-niece Tara; his aunts, Neta and Ellen (Ed); his friends, Wanda Jesso and Ula Laing; and his caregivers, Charlene Downey, Daniel, Stephanie Power and Lori Greene.
