He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Anne Moore Kennedy and Francis Richard Kennedy; his wife Mary Donovan; his close friends, Catherina Kennedy, Paul Kelly, Neysa Kennedy Dumas, Jean Claude Dumas, Tanya Kennedy Wall, Gordon Wall, April Kennedy, Douglas Kennedy and Sarah Young; his son-in-law Garry Wall; his close friends, Ciaran Kelly, Kate Wall, Jesse Barker, Thomas Wall, Alexander Kennedy, Cameron Kennedy, Gavin Wall, Nikita Harvey, Jack Kennedy and Abby Murphy; his grandchildren, Brian Donovan, Karen Donovan, Herb Ivany, Tom, Spencer Ivany and Madison Donovan; his brothers, Michael and Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Fahey, Alice (John Abbott), Rosemary Fahey, Roberta Kennedy-Gillespie, Betty Lou (Patrick Kennedy), Marilyn Kennedy, Cathy (Bill O'Keefe), Tessie Kennedy, Tess Kennedy and Betty Lou Martin.

Tom's family will welcome visitors at Carnell's Funeral Home on Freshwater Rd. on Monday, November 28 and Tuesday, November 29, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. (please wear a mask).
