It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valerie Marie Dwyer (St John's, Newfoundland), born in Gander, Newfoundland, who passed away on December 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Charlie Maloney; her pet Roxie; her siblings, Wayne (Joan Dwyer), Don (Ann Dwyer), Queen (Dave Blundon), Eileen (John Walsh), Jim (Loretta Dwyer), David (Marilyn Dwyer), Pat Dwyer, Mary (Sam Parsons), Maureen (Barry Clout) and Ness (Dave Skinner); and her parents-in-law, Ellen Maloney (Nellie), Don, Dorothy Maloney, Dave, Leeann Maloney, Rhonda and Scott Davidge.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 6th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 7th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Carnell Memorial Chapel (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). Due to Covid Restrictions seating is limited, please reply to the e-mail below if you would like to attend the service.
