He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia; his son Gregory; his stepchildren, Michael Kerwin (Stephanie) and Lori Rose (Eric); his grandchildren, Zachary, Leia Kerwin, Matthew and Andrew Rose; and his sister-in-law Valda Mercer (Joe).

Given Victor's lifelong love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations in Victor's memory can be made to Heavenly Creatures, a local animal rescue organization.
