He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Noel and Mary Noel; his parents-in-law, Duncan and Martina Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Noel and Cyril Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Collins); his daughters, Cheryl Power (Kevin Heffernan) and Joanne Foley (Terry); his grandchildren, Shaelan, Keeley and Caden; his brother Clarence Noel of Oshawa; and his siblings-in-law, David Collins, Glenda Collins, Elizabeth Hurley (Noel) and Ruth Collins.
Flowers accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
