He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Churchill and Alice Churchill. He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Squires and Irene Smith; his close friend Muffin; his wife Wendy; his sons, Tylor, Tyson (Wendy), Taner (Henrike) and Taylon (Julia); his grandchildren, Caleb, Heath, Holden and London; his siblings, Betty Earle (Roger), Edna Churchill (Kev), Gerry and Shirley Crane (Eric); his sister-in-law Mechille Hartery; and his friend Sterling Kean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, our family asks that donations be made to the N.L. Alzheimer Society.
