He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Skinner and Shirley Skinner (Whiteway). He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Amanda (Shaun), Dwayne and Tina (Art); his grandchildren, Dylan, Dakota, Kyle and Savannah; his brothers, Gerald (Elsie) and Roland (Linda); his niece Amanda; and his nephews, Gerald H, Daniel, Roland Junior and Paul (Sarah).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in aid of funeral expenses.
