He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Emma (Denty); his siblings, Harold, Blanche (Brown), Cecil, Caleb, Lewis, Walter and Joseph; his siblings-in-law, Clara, Rebecca, Harvey Brown and Owen Bungay; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Theresa Preston (Dick).
He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his sons, James (Tracy) and David (Vicki); his grandchildren, Vincent (Noelle), Jon Douglas (Amanda), Joshua (Noelle), Jovi and Jenna; his siblings, Edgar, Hazel (Bungay) and William; his sisters-in-law, Delilah, Dinah, Mildred, Nellie and Cindy Preston of Bowmanville, ON; and his stepmother-in-law Marlene Hanson of Stratford, ON. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of one's choice.
