He is survived by: his children, Keith (Amy), Joey and Beth; the mother of his children Mary; his brother Richard (Winnie); his niece Janet; his brother Tim (Dianne); his nephews, Ken, Ian and Tom (Liz); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Jonathan and Jessica; his sister-in-law Judy; his niece Sue; and his nephew Mike. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
