Wilson Squires Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2020, at the age of 77, Wilson Squires (St John's, Newfoundland) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilson Squires to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Squires and Maude Squires; his sisters, Myrtle Ryan, Marina Squires and Shirley Newhook; and his nephews, Gary Squires and Larry Squires.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Glenn and Cheryl (Vancouver); his brother Tasker (Gloria); his siblings-in-law, Jonas Newhook, Linda Fitzgerald (Paddy) and Helen Lee; and his nieces, Barbara Short (Bernard), Debbie Puddicombe, Brenda Newhook and Paula Squires. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a funeral service will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Centre, Iris Kirby House or to a charity of one's choice.
