He was predeceased by : his wife Dianne Elizabeth Young (Nee Colombe); his parents, Edward Young and Josephine Young; his brothers, Roy Young and Calvin Young; and his granddaughter Natasha Young.
He is survived by : his children, Michele Sharpe (Tony), Camelia Young, Amanda Young, Heidi Young, Mya Bradshaw (Jason) and Martin Young (Terri); his grandchildren, Gage Alexander of Valerie Young, J. R, Ashley Young and Maddison Bradshaw; and his siblings, James (Susan), Francis, Richard, Alphonses (Taralee), Betty Oakley (Ed), Linda Young and Claudia Cassidy.
