He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Leone; his daughter Loretta; his parents, Mary Chaisson and John Chaisson; his siblings, Victor, John, Hubert, Wilfred, Miles, Leonard, Margaret, Isabell and Alice; and his brother-in-law Bernard Kerfont.

He is survived by: his children, Alexander, Andrew Phillip (Karen), Ali (Tammy) and Ann Conn (Michael); and his siblings, Henry (Dola), Caedmon, Matilda Kerfont, Philomena Zilkowsky (Melvin), Theresa Alexander (Albert) and Jane Roy (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
