He is survived by: his friend Kay Piercey; his children, Linda Okanee (Chris Young), Maureen Eddy, Susan McCarthy, Dianne McCarthy, Helena McCarthy (Gene Paulsen) and Danny McCarthy (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jeff, Raven, Danielle, Angela, Samantha and Serena; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Lennox and Jack; and his brothers, Phonse and Ted. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
