He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivor Cook and Freda Cook. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his daughters, Kenzie (Justin) and Kylie (Michael); his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Jace; his brothers, Richard (Jean) and Douglas (Kathy); and his nieces, Lois and Jill.
