She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Swyers; her son Bruce; her parents, Victor Muise and Gertrude Muise; her mother-in-law Angela Benes; her brothers-in-law, Robert and Gary; and her siblings, Walter, Shirley, Gladys, Bernard, Patrick and Raymond.
She is survived by: her children, Kellie (Archie), Anthony (Wendy), Dee (Craig) and Sheri (Leo); her siblings, Odelle (George), Cecilia (Roger), Leonard (Beth), Victor James, Kathleen, Terrence, Eileen, Sharon, Marjorie (Darren), Ronald (Wanda), Angela, Audrey (James) and Gertie Mai (James); her brother-in-law Micheal; her grandchildren, Angel, Lucien, Alexander, Sarah, Katrina, Donavan, Alyssa, Idamae, Dalton and Dawson; and her great grandchildren, Malachi, Dean, Arelie, Ellis, Mable, Talia and Emily. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Russells Funeral Home (57 Prince Rupert Dr, Stephenville, NL A2N2Z5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Parish (78 West St, Stephenville, NL A2N1E4).
