We are sad to announce that, on August 29, 2025, at the age of 86, Fintan Aloysius Alexander (Stephenville, Newfoundland), born in Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo; his siblings, Raymond, Davie, Odell, Lillian, Joan, Marie, Ben and Xavy; and his half-brother Joseph MacIsaac.
He is survived by: his uncle James (Jim); his aunt Teresa Alexander of St. George's; his wife Anne Marie; his children, Annie, Jim, Teresa Alexander, Gerianne (Mark), Nancy (Colin), Caroline (Mark) and Trudy (Mark); and his sisters, Stella and Agnes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fintan may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choosing.
