He is survived by: his wife Laverna; his sons, Don (Amy O'Quinn) of Stephenville Crossing and Gerald (Sandra) of Kemptville, ON; his grandchildren, Tom (Bonnie), Kelly (Ben) and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Owen, Oliver and Elliott; his sisters, Doris Kilburn and Kay O'Quinn; his siblings-in-law, Ben Alexander (Edith), Lydia Alexander, Vera Alexander, Gina Alexander, Genny Flight (Eugene), Evelyn Hulan (Vince) and Revia Hutchings (Joe); his nephew David (Allison); and his close friends, Corinne Keough, Tom, Debbie Keough, Terri and Martin.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
