He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Cecilia; his wife Kathleen; his children, Deann (John) and Lawrence; and his grandsons, Dennis, Tyson and Devin.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen, Glenda (Mike), Donald (Janet) and Daniel (Susan); his daughter-in-law Sandi; and his grandchildren, Duane (Monica), Dana (Phil), Nathan, Kriste (Eddie), Jeremiah (Sanh Nhan), Julie-Anna, Michael (Anita), Daniel (Michelle), Tracey (Eddie), Shawn, Mark (Kathie), Tom, Dwayne, Justin and Dylan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Russells Funeral Home (57 Prince Rupert Dr, Stephenville, NL A2N2Z5).
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Gerald's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
