It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ignacio Fernandez of Stephenville, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Carmelita Fernandez of Ontario and Eduardo Fernandez of Ontario; and his wife Aida. He is survived by : his children, Melissa Fernandez of Stephenville, NL, Carminda Fernandez of Ontario, Michael Fernandez (Florence) of Ontario and P. J. Fernandez of Deer Lake, NL.; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Keith, Samantha, Stephanie, Jordan and Matthew.

Due to the covid-19 restrictions the funeral mass will be limited in numbers if you want to attend this service please register by calling Father Gabriel at 1-709-635-2444.
