She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Bourgeois and Annie Bourgeois; and her siblings, Cecil, Edward, Hughie, Howard and Margaret.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Penney, Debby Simon (Ernie) of Cape St and Margaret Schriver (Kim); her sister Yvonne Rose of Stephenville; her sister-in-law Nancy Bourgeois; and her grandchildren, Marcel, Ross, Elise, Renee, Gary Jr. and Shannon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
