He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Budden and Meta Budden; his wife Mary Margaret Budden; and his siblings, Gordon Budden, Marion Horwood (Ralph) and Betty Kennedy (Mo).
He is survived by: his son Tim Rubia; his grandsons, Michael Budden and Thomas John (TJ); his siblings, Margaret Collins (Guy) and Max Budden; his niece Cheryl Budden (Anthony Wheaton); and his friends, Abe Cooper (Elaine), Lionel Strong (Joyce), Alfonse Jesso (Ruby), Sandra Decker, Gloria Dove (Jerry) and Georgina White (GG). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
