He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores; his siblings, Dave Barter (Marie), Blanche Alexander (Wayne) and Debra Smith (Jerry); his mother-in-law Edna Dean; his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Park (George) and Beverly Pottle (Keith); his niece Deanna Park (Myron Jesso); his nephew Bradley Park; his great-niece Lily Shea; his parents, Josephine Barter and Alexander Barter; his father-in-law George Dean; and his siblings, Alex Barter, Betty Stark, Eileen Phillips and Patsy Bennett.
