She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Pat (Cathy) and Vicki (Derick); her grandchildren, Erik, Lindsay, Denver, Amber and Claire; her brothers, Eric (Erin) and Hal (Dianna); her in-laws, Anita (Ed), George (Vanessa), Gerard (Sheila), Linda (Bart), Rose and Ed Lewis; and her close friends, Anna Moores and Linda Bennett. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
