She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Costello and Alice Costello; her close friend Jerry Willett; and her significant other Kaiser. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dylan, Thomas, Annika and Evan; and her siblings, Marilyn, Michael (Mary-Ellen) and Catherine. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
