Phyllis (Strong) Burt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis (Strong) Burt (Stephenville, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her daughter Catherine; her grandchildren, Daniel, Clare and Andrew O'Regan; her great grandchild Isaac Homewood; and her siblings, Rhoda, Ethel, Hazel, Geraldine and James.
She is survived by : her husband Obadiah; her children, Evangeline Inness (Raymond), Pauline Warford (Paul), Don (Cynthia), Kevin (Michelle) and Randy (Cindy); her son-in-law Rob Burt; her grandchildren, Sheldon (Sidney), Ashlee (Steve), Evan (Lucille), Zachary (Melissa), Danielle (Paul), Joshua (Kim), Melanie (Matt) and Jared; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Matthew, Henley, Ronan, Evelyn, Rachael, Jack, Chloe, Beau and Chase; and her sisters, Jean Burden and Evangeline Snelgrove (Earl). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place and due to Covid-19 restrictions a private service for family and invited guests will be held at the Salvation Army, Stephenville with interment to follow at Hillside Interfaith Cemetery.
