It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald Hynes (Stephenville, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia; his parents, Albert Hynes and Louise Hynes; and his siblings, Mary Kelly, Stella Aubuchon, Laura Glasgow, Diane Jollymore, Yvonne Hynes, Harold, Horatio, Charles, Finton and Benedict.

He is survived by: his son Stephen Hynes; and his sisters, Irene Hall and Rita Collier. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Reginald's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
