He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Christie Stevenson and Margaret Reid Cheyne; and his siblings, Fred Stevenson (Rose), Olive MacLeod (Arnold), Molly Traboulsee (Junior), Margaret Currie (Peter) and Helen Gramada (George).
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Stevenson; and his children, Cheyne Stevenson (Venus Della), Bruce Stevenson (Lori), Barbara Hatcher (Gerald), Tana Stevenson (Adrian Vanderham) and Sheri Stevenson (Patricia Potvin). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 bonus great-grandchildren.
