He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Brien and Patrick O'Brien; his siblings, Clare O'Brien and James O'Brien; his father-in-law Clarence Lane; and his brother-in-law Randy Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Stephanie and Natasha; his granddaughters, Anna, Nora and Eva; his sisters, Mary Chaffey (Bruce) and Patty O'Brien; his mother-in-law Lucy Lane; his siblings-in-law, Rodney Lane (Rhonda), Ted Feltham, Claudia Sellinger (Bill), Karen Poulin, Cavelle Lane, Kimberley Lane, Susan Oxford-Lane and Ann O'Brien; and his pets, Coco and Hershey. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and an enormous circle of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Russells Funeral Home (57 Prince Rupert Dr, Stephenville, NL A2N2Z5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Parish (78 West St, Stephenville, NL A2N1E4).
