It is with sadness that the passing of Dennis Canning (Summerford, Newfoundland) is shared. Dennis, born on April 19, 1962, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearce Canning and Louise Canning; his sister Mona; and his brothers-in-law, Comrie, Roger and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph and Dennis James; his significant other Celestina; his partner's daughters, Nikki (Meet) and Trisha; his siblings, Betty, Norma, Sterling (Marilyn), Dianne (Tony), Christine (Carl), Margaret (Winston), Bert (Dolores), Wanda (Terry) and Stephen; his brother-in-law Oswald; his aunt Netta; Maluz, Charles and Joshua Velez. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and cousins.
