We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2021, at the age of 88, Gladys Burt of Summerford, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her former life partner George W. Pelley; her husband Harvey Burt; and her parents, Joshua Jenkins and Ida Jenkins. She is survived by : her children, Maxine (Edward), Larry (Joyce), Jean (Almond), Josephine and Herman (Tassie); and her grandchildren, Cedella Luff, Scott Barnes, Jason Pelley, Dwayne Pelley, Melanie Handcock, Alisha Hodder and Travis Pelley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 revised restrictions there will be a private family viewing followed by a graveside service.

Donations in Gladys' memory may be given to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Summerford, NL.
