Peter Canning Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Canning (Summerford, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan and Juanita; his brother Lorne; and his father-in-law Martin. He is survived by: his wife Phoebe; his children, Allan (Vicki), Brandon (Shelley) and Courtney (Matt); his grandchildren, Koby, Jacob, Emma, Jaiden, Dylan, Maya and River; his brother Chesley (Sheila); his mother-in-law Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Dalton (Rhonda), Calvin, Sandra (Ivan) and Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

Donations in Peter's memory may be given to his family.
