He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris and Suzanna; his siblings, Joe, Jack, Edward, Michael Legge, Mary Quinton and Margaret Eileen Lane; his son Terry Joseph (Junior); and his sons-in-law, Carl Butt and Gerard Maloney.

He is survived by : his significant other Rose.
