Mary J. Lavhey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary J. Lavhey of Terrenceville, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary J. Lavhey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband James Lavhey; her parents, Patrick McCarthy and Bridget McCarthy; and her sisters, Florence Mitchell, Frances Hickey, Elizabeth Myles and Sarah Pardy.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Hynes (Frank) of St. John's, James Lavhey (Deborah) of Medicine Hat, AB and William Lavhey (Debbie) of Terrenceville; her grandchildren, Heather (Inna), Billy, Frank, Patrick (Renee), Matthew (Kate) and Connie (Adam); her great grandchildren, Bella, Dayton, Winter, Kai, Aria and Randy; and her brother Maurice McCarthy.

In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 15th, 2020 from 10am – 4pm.

In Mary's memory donations may be made to St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church or Cemetery Fund, Terrenceville.
