It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ellen (O'Toole) Smith (Topsail, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 16, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Felix O'Toole; and her parents-in-law, William Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by : her husband Anthony (Tony); her mother Theresa O'Toole; her siblings, Brian (Patricia), Rosemary Tracey (Dave), Paul (Linda) and Terry (Pam); and her siblings-in-law, Randy (Andrea), Rick (Pam), Ken (Pauline), Shawn (Susan) and Sherry.
