He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parents, Harold Barnes and Laura Jane Barnes; and his siblings, Theodore and Enid Strong.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Rose (John) and Darrell (Kim); and his stepdaughter Rowena Strickland.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church.
No flowers by request, donations in Frank's Memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
