He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Rowsell and Doris Rowsell of Harrington Harbour; his father-in-law William Byrne (Bill) of Howley, NL; and his brother-in-law Darryl Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Kerri Rowsell (Byrne); his children, Heather (Corey Johnson), Glen (Nicolle Hamlyn) and Julia (Jesse Dumas); his grandchildren, Jake, Ethan, Leah and Annie; his mother-in-law Theresa Byrne; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Roche, Todd and Greg Byrne (Tobi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends.
Donations can be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation as a gift in memory of Allan F. Rowsell.
