He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Philip Reeves, Anne Reeves, Gordon Gillard and Peggy Gillard; his stepgrandfather Vince Fitzpatrick; his aunt Gail Chaulk; and his uncle Donald Reeves.

He is survived by: his parents, Gemma Gillard and Michael Gillard; his girlfriend Kaya Simmonds; his sister Rebecca Gillard (Jamie); and his grandmother Gloria Gillard. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, special family and friends.
