He is survived by: his wife Gillian; his children, Claire and Oliver; his pets, Harvey and Henry; his mother Marilyn Puddicome (Sev); his brother Todd; his sister-in-law Julie; his nephew Ben; his parents-in-law, Pat and Debbie Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Megan Warren and Justin Sullivan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and the biggest family of friends.
