He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forristall and Helen Forristall; and his parents-in-law, Frank, Patricia Horwood and Poppy Ron.

He is survived by: his wife Barb (Horwood); his daughters, Jennifer Prim (Josh) and Ashley Hurley (Dion); his grandchildren, Alexander Prim, Aiden Hurley and Isla Hurley; his siblings, Frank (Joan Forristall), Maureen (Gerry Veitch), Denise (Mike Dodd) and Brenda (Bill Gaulton); his siblings-in-law, Gary Horwood, Ruth Ann English, Terry Horwood, Janice Horwood, Larry Rosa Bian, Paul, Patsy Horwood, Barb Horwood and Pam Horwood; and his caregiver Paramedics.
