She was predeceased by: her husband Gerry Fewer; her parents, John Power and Mary Power; her siblings, Barbara Power, Jim, Gordon, Ronald and Gerald Power; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Hogan (Kevin), Betty Pyne (Wilf), Ted Fewer, Jim Fewer (Florence), Bill Fewer (Pauline) and Mike Fewer.

She is survived by: her daughter Marie (Michael Muncic); her granddaughter Emily Muncic; her sisters, Anne Holwell (late George), Mary Field (Alex), Frances Williams (Ted), Donna Codner and Dolores Roche (Kevin); and her sisters-in-law, Robin Fewer and Doris Fewer.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory can be made to The Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
