He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Clayton (Iris), Derek (Pam), Kelly (Matt), Cathy, Corrine (Robert) and Kenny (Jane); his sister Alice (Tom); and his caregivers, Sherry and Brenda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
