He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Alice Whalen, Doreen, Susie LeGrow, Sadie Manning, Clyde Little, Max Vere-Holloway, Peter, Selwyn Manning and George LeGrow; his parents, Bruce and Glendine; his sister Julie (Jamie Lewis); his nephews, James and Cole Lewis; his sisters, Tara and Tracy; his niece Kathleen; his aunt Loretta Vere-Holloway; his cousins, Terry and Todd Vere-Holloway; and his aunts and uncles, Beverly Hatt (Murray), Sharon Whalen, Norman Whalen (Linda), Marven Whalen (Pearl), Nelson LeGrow and Joseph LeGrow. He is also survived by other cousins, relatives, colleagues and friends.
